These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the titandiscovers.com website (the “Site”) and your purchase of products from Titan Discovers LLC (“Titan Discovers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. If your order is canceled due to a pricing error, you will receive a full refund.

Shipping terms, estimated delivery times, and costs are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from our Site pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

15. Dispute Resolution

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies in accordance with the Governing Law section above.
