At Titan Discovers, we are committed to getting your gear to you as quickly and affordably as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for all the details.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) after your order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We currently ship to all 50 US states, Washington D.C., and US territories.

Free Shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders totaling $50 or more before tax. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout — no coupon code required.

Carriers

We ship via USPS and UPS, depending on the size and weight of your order and your delivery location. The carrier is selected automatically at the time of fulfillment to ensure the best delivery experience.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. If you created an account at checkout, you can also view your tracking information by logging into your account and visiting the Orders section.

PO Box Delivery

Yes, we do deliver to PO Boxes. Orders shipped to PO Boxes will be fulfilled via USPS.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery windows listed above, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • High order volume during sales or holiday periods
  • Severe weather or natural disasters
  • Carrier delays beyond our control

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Titan Discovers is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at info@titandiscovers.com and we will attempt to update the address before the order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@titandiscovers.com. Include your order number and any photos of damage, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

International Shipping

At this time, Titan Discovers ships only within the United States. We are exploring options to offer international shipping in the future. Please check back for updates.
