Return and Refund Policy

At Titan Discovers, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, including all tags, manuals, and accessories.
  • You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at info@titandiscovers.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to us using the provided instructions. Please include the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Important: Do not send returns without first obtaining an RMA number. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Standard returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Defective or incorrect items: If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Titan Discovers will cover the return shipping cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to report the issue.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. If you would like to exchange an item, please indicate this when you contact us to initiate your return. If the replacement item is of lesser value, we will refund the difference. If it is of greater value, you will be invoiced for the difference before the exchange is shipped.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened science kits — for safety and hygiene reasons, science kits that have been opened or used cannot be returned.
  • Used personal care items — including sunscreen, insect repellent, and similar consumable products.
  • Custom or engraved items — any product that has been personalized or custom-made to your specifications.
  • Gift cards — digital and physical gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Items marked as final sale — products explicitly marked as final sale at the time of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@titandiscovers.com. Include the following:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged or defective item

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company — processing times vary.
  3. If you have done both and still have not received your refund, contact us at info@titandiscovers.com.
