Ordering and Payment

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through encrypted payment processors.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

A: If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to modify or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@titandiscovers.com with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled, but you may return it per our return policy.

Q: Do you offer coupon codes or discounts?

A: Yes! We occasionally offer promotional discounts and coupon codes through our email newsletter and social media channels. Sign up for our newsletter to stay informed about upcoming sales and exclusive offers. Only one coupon code may be applied per order.

Q: Do you offer gift cards?

A: Yes, we offer digital gift cards in various denominations. Gift cards are delivered via email and can be redeemed at checkout. Gift cards do not expire and are non-refundable.

Shipping

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days after processing. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: Standard shipping is $5.99. Orders totaling $50 or more before tax qualify for free standard shipping, applied automatically at checkout.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: At this time, we only ship within the United States (all 50 states, Washington D.C., and US territories). We are working on expanding to international shipping in the future. Please check back for updates.

Q: Can you ship to a PO Box?

A: Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes via USPS.

Q: How do I track my order?

A: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also log into your account on our website and view your order status under the Orders section.

Returns and Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Please visit our Return and Refund Policy page for full details and instructions.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?

A: For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Q: How long do refunds take?

A: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Products

Q: Are your products safe for children?

A: Safety is our top priority. All products in our catalog include recommended age ranges and safety information on their product pages. Our science kits and exploration gear are designed with safety in mind, but adult supervision is recommended for children under 12. Please note that decorative carabiners and keychain accessories are not rated for climbing, belaying, or any load-bearing activity. Always read and follow the safety instructions included with each product.

Q: How do I know which products are right for my child s age?

A: Each product listing includes a recommended age range. Our exploration kits are typically designed for ages 6 and up, while some advanced science kits are recommended for ages 10 and up. If you are unsure, contact us and our team will be happy to help you find the right fit.

Q: What is your product quality guarantee?

A: Every product in our store is personally vetted and tested by our team. We stand behind the quality of everything we sell. If you receive a product that does not meet your expectations, please contact us and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.

Wholesale and Bulk Orders

Q: Do you offer wholesale pricing?

A: Yes, we offer wholesale pricing for qualified retailers, educators, and organizations. Please email us at info@titandiscovers.com with the subject line “Wholesale Inquiry” and include information about your organization and the products you are interested in. Our team will follow up with pricing and minimum order details.

Account and Website

Q: Do I need to create an account to place an order?

A: No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save your shipping information, and check out faster in the future.

Q: How do I reset my password?

A: Click the “My Account” link at the top of the page, then click “Lost your password?” Enter the email address associated with your account and you will receive a link to reset your password.
